FAQ Local Transit Listing : Posting Format

Local Transit Listing Format:

Vehicle’s Owners: Create vehicle-specific profiles based on their type and save in your Online drive to share locally for online visibility;

Users: Users will go through vehicle profiles to decide their travel needs;

Sharing/Posting Process:

  • Vehicle Owners: Share your vehicle profile from your Online drive on State->District->Block level for the online visibility in your area;
  • Users: User will go through the vehicle profile locally(State->District->Block level) to select the vehicle of their choice;
  • Contact the Driver: User will contact the Driver to share their journey details to get the fare based on state policy;
  • Vehicle Arrival: The vehicle will arrive at your location upon confirmation with the driver;
  • Agreement and Payment: The driver will request an advance payment as a confirmation. During payment enter balance fare as note to avoid any confusion. In case of cash transaction, driver must issue receipt;
  • Status Update by Driver: Update your status in reply or restrict the access of your Vehicle’s Profile from online drive for the next booking or unavailability;
  • Destination Reached: Upon reaching destination, pay the remaining balance fare to the driver;

Note:

  • Vehicle issue: If there are any issues with the vehicle, the driver must arrange for a replacement vehicle for smooth trip;
  • Vehicle Profile: Post your Vehicle’s profile in comment section on State->District->Block level based on vehicle type;
  • Login with your Social Id like Gmail, WordPress etc. to comment in the comment section;
  • If your requirement has been fulfilled, Kindly update your status in reply or restrict the access of your Vehicle’s Profile;

Vehicle’s Type: [Mini/Hatchback/Sedan/XL or XUV/Auto/Bike/Loader(xHxL) etc.]​
Vehicle’s Model: [Indica/Innova/Bolero/Ertiga) etc.]​
